1. Booking & Confirmation
Room Holding: Upon submission of the booking, the room will only be held for 30 minutes. If proof of deposit is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot (RM 50 for Premium / RM 100 for Biz & 1st Class).
2. Theme Availability
Theme Availability: While we strive to provide your selected theme, room assignment is subject to availability.
3. Punctuality & Duration
Start Time: Your session starts at the pre-booked time. Late arrivals will not result in an extension of the session end time.
4. Payment & Refunds
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival.
Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a "no-show" or cancellation. Rescheduling is allowed only if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
5. House Rules
Damages: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment, furniture, or themed decorations.
Prohibited Items: Strictly NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS.
